General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

2. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded through our order confirmation sent by email.


3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

  • Shipping costs are charged additionally.

  • Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the store.


4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by you.
Detailed information on shipping costs, delivery times, and payment methods can be found in our Shipping and Payment Terms.


5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.

  • You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.


6. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.
In case of defects, please contact our customer service.


7. Liability

We are liable according to statutory provisions.
However, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as legally permissible.


8. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

9. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims arising from the purchase contract.
In the event of breach of contract by the buyer (especially in case of late payment), we are entitled to reclaim the goods.


Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these GTC at any time.
Changes will be communicated to you by email and are deemed accepted if you do not object within two weeks of receiving the notification.


Set-off and Right of Retention

  • The customer may only offset with undisputed or legally established claims.

  • A right of retention may only be exercised if the counterclaims are based on the same contractual relationship.


Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid and enforceable one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.


Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is our registered business location, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
