Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal was removed after delivery
