Shipping Costs and Delivery Areas

Germany

  • Standard Shipping: €4.90 (Delivery time: 2–4 business days)

  • Express Shipping: €9.90 (Delivery time: 1–2 business days)

  • Free shipping on orders over €50.00

EU Countries

  • Standard Shipping: €9.90 (Delivery time: 5–8 business days)

  • Free shipping on orders over €100.00

All prices include statutory VAT.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times apply to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • The delivery period begins on the first business day after payment is received and the contract is concluded.

  • For advance payment (bank transfer): delivery starts after payment is received.

  • For other payment methods: delivery starts after the contract is concluded.

Shipping Methods

  • DHL Parcel: Delivery to your door or Packstation

  • DHL Express: Fast delivery on the next business day

  • Hermes: Alternative delivery with tracking

Available Payment Methods

Immediate Payment Methods:

  • PayPal: Secure payment via your PayPal account

  • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • SOFORT Transfer: Direct transfer via your online banking

  • Giropay: Secure transfer via German banks

Payment After Delivery:

  • Invoice Purchase: Payment within 14 days after receiving the goods

  • Direct Debit: Charged after shipping the goods

Advance Payment (Bank Transfer):

  • 2% discount (Skonto) for advance payment

Installment Payment:

  • Available upon agreement (from €200 order value)

Payment Deadlines

  • Invoice: Payable within 14 days without deduction

  • Advance Payment: Shipment only after receipt of payment

  • Installments: By prior agreement

Delivery and Transfer of Risk

  • Delivery is made to the delivery address you specify.

  • With the handover of goods to the shipping provider, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to you.

  • Partial deliveries are allowed, provided they are reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs apply.

Packaging and Environmental Protection

We use environmentally friendly packaging materials and participate in the dual system for packaging disposal.

Self-collection is possible by prior appointment:
